How do I make a reservation?

You can either make a reservation online or give us a call on +91 7030012021. Specific information regarding you and your pet will be required to set up a profile and create a reservation.

Yes, you can bring the food preferred by your pet.

What kind of meals will my pet get during their stay?

You can choose from available options of Dry Food or Chapati/Bhakri/Rice with Chicken/Eggs/Curd. In case of dietary restrictions, you can provide your pet's preferred food.

We encourage trial interaction sessions so that your pet is comfortable with the facility, the rooms and the people who will look after them during their stay.

Can I bring my pet’s favourite toy, blanket or bedding?

Please do not bring any bedding, fabrics or toys to help us maintain a tick and flea free environment. Bedding will be provided at no additional charge.

We do not board pets in heat, with any illnesses, recovering from wounds or surgeries to ensure safety of other pets at the facility.

We have tied-up with local veterinarians who will be available to provide any emergency services for your pet during their stay.

Yes, we understand how difficult it is to be away from your pets. We can keep you posted through regular photos and videos.

Do you take pets with special medical care?

We will be happy to accommodate pets that are on oral medication. However, pets that will need injections or saline will not be accepted.

Does my pet get to play during their stay?

Yes. There will be group play sessions with other compatible pets. If your pet has trouble with groups, individual play sessions can be arranged. Additional play times can also be purchased for your pet.

What is your cancellation policy?

Please call us at least 24-hours prior to your stay to inform about your change of plans, so the room can be made available for other guests.  We charge a booking deposit of 20% of your pet's stay duration for pre-bookings.
This deposit will be non-refundable and non-transferrable in case of cancellations.

Is tick/flea treatment compulsory for boarder?

Tick/Flea treatment is mandatory for day care & boarding guests. Please provide proof that your pet has undergone treatment within 2 weeks prior to boarding. If that is not available you will be required to buy the spot-on treatment provided at the facility. The cost for the same would vary as per your pet's weight.

Is dog training included in the long-term Boarding package?

No. Swimming, Training, Grooming and other services are exclusive of the boarding charges. However, we do offer Board and Train packages. Contact us over call for more information.
